LTEC Lab is Hiring!





Windsor Law LTEC Lab www.lteclab.com  is looking for Research Assistant(s) (incoming 1L or 2L Windsor Law students) for the Fall and Winter terms 2024-2025 (with a possibility for extension in the summer 2025 and following academic year). Under the supervision of Professor Pascale Chapdelaine (Director LTEC Lab) the selected RA(s) will work in teams with other RAs and participate in work plann ing meetings, provide ongoing administrative support (which may include ongoing maintenance of website, social media presence, writing short posts, helping with the organization and attendance to seminars/conferences). The RA(s) may also be involved in drafting and coordinating scientific grant applications, write short blogs about substantive law and technology related issues, or about events hosted by LTEC Lab.

 

Applicants should have: 

-excellent communication and writing skills

-excellent organization and time management skills

-knowledge and interest in intellectual property and law and technology issues

-initiative and the ability to work independently 

-availability and some flexibility to cover events/work on reasonably short notice (hours will vary; at any time no more than 5-10 hours per week)

 

-experience in web maintenance/poster design, photography, as well as in scientific grant applications an asset.

 

Rate of Pay:  $20.00 / hour (with 4% vacation pay).
